Alternatively, you can watch boats pass by from the communal outdoor dining areas or soak up the sunshine from one of the two swimming pools. If you can bring yourself to leave, Fort Lauderdale Beach is only a ten minute drive away.

If you are travelling with children then the maximum occupancy across the residences is twenty-six adults and eight children under 13 years old.
The two swimming pools here are unfenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Beach gear is provided and includes beach chairs, a cooler and beach cart.
