If you’re after a touch of luxury in the Portuguese countryside, this villa is for you. Set in the quiet village of Muda, Comporta, the surroundings may be all stone pine trees and rice fields, but the interiors are effortlessly glamorous. The open-plan living space feels almost like a hip New York loft, but the wall-to-wall views of the countryside quickly remind you where you are. Kids will love the separate area linked by a walkway, with its own bathroom and mezzanine bedroom. At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. With so much space here, including an outdoor pool and padel court, it's certainly not a dealbreaker.
