Dating back to the 19th century, this enchanting villa was once the residence of a noble family. The furniture and character features (including restored frescoes) dotted around still hint at that regal past. It's a three-story home with plenty of space – just note that there's a sofa bed for two and lots of stairs. But it's the garden that really draws you in. Spend afternoons splashing in the private pool, then tuck into an alfresco dinner with views of the surrounding countryside. Speaking of, you're less than a two-hour drive from Siena, Florence, and Pisa – all great day trip destinations.
