Set in palm-filled gardens, the whitewashed buildings of this luxurious villa are grouped around the pool deck. A courtyard shaded by a pine tree creates a perfect oasis and there are two alfresco dining areas – one under a bougainvillaea draped pergola and another under traditional wood rafters. There’s also a lawn and fishpond to entertain the kids, as well as a pétanque court and there’s a gym with yoga mats, weights and a cross trainer. Inside, there’s a living area with a grand piano and we love the main suite with its fireplace and access to a terrace. There’s also an independent guest suite ideal for those wanting privacy. Location-wise, the family favourite, Port d’es Torrent, is within walking distance.

Home truths
There's a step up to the piano room and there are steps down to one bedroom.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Bedroom two is a small independent guest room with a double bed, an en-suite and a view of the pool.
Bedroom six has a bunk bed which is more suited to children.
The main bedroom opens out onto a terrace, bedroom three opens onto a roof terrace and the other two bedrooms have access to the pool area.
Children's amenities such as a cot may be available on request.
There's a digital media player, tennis, football and snooker table and three bicycles here.
