The entire villa is on one level with no elevator, so access is step-free once you're inside. That said, resort facilities and the beach are reached by golf cart or on foot, so do factor in some outdoor walking between areas.
There are security cameras covering the front and side areas of the villa. None of them face the pool or any private areas of the home.
