Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms, but it runs on a set schedule – on from 2pm to 4pm and again from 9pm to 8am. If you like sleeping or relaxing in a cool room at other times of day, it's worth bearing in mind.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots and two high chairs at no extra cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
You're in the heart of Pollença town, so the beach at Puerto Pollença is nearby – but it's not on your doorstep.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the upper floor, while the kitchen, living area, and garden are on the ground floor – you'll be moving between levels regularly across a typical day. It may not suit guests with reduced mobility.
