Dating back to the 18th century, this historic villa is perched in the hills of Le Marche. Surrounded by sweeping Italian countryside and sitting within 3 hectares of private land, this home is ideal for those wanting a real escape. There’s a swimming pool and tennis court outside, as well as a covered barbecue area. Inside, you can look forward to beautiful, grand spaces, with comfortable bedrooms and lots of room to gather together. There’s even a consecrated chapel on the grounds, making this villa an excellent choice for events.
