Situated in Paris’s Latin Quarter, near the Saint-Germain district and a short stroll from the iconic Notre Dame de Paris, the location of this apartment is excellent. Also within walking distance, you’ll find the Jardin des Plantes, the Panthéon and Arènes de Lutèce. This home, set on the fourth floor (with no lift) and split over two levels, has an impressive and bright open-plan living space. We should also mention that two guests are accommodated in this room on a sofa bed at full capacity. We love the small terrace with its glimpse over the rooftops to the Notre Dame in the distance, and there's a view over to the River Seine from the front of the home, too.
