Sitting beside the turquoise waters of Grace Bay, this villa earns its position – the plunge pool is set to the side for privacy, and the views over the Caribbean carry through to the main bedroom suite, where a granite soaking tub and balconies overlooking both Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina make mornings feel unhurried. The pool patio is well set up for alfresco dining with a gas barbecue, and a pool heater keeps the water inviting year-round. Turtle Cove Marina – with six restaurants, boating excursions, and a dive shop – is just a short walk or drive away.

Home truths
There's a strip of beach rock between the sand and the water's edge – once you step over it, the bottom becomes soft sand with excellent snorkelling just ahead. It's worth wearing reef shoes for that first crossing.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the villa.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
At full occupancy, one will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
