Sitting right on Grace Bay Beach, this villa puts powder-white sand and turquoise water within a short walk along a palm-lined garden path. The plunge pool sits at the heart of things, with the living room stepping directly onto the patio so the line between inside and out almost disappears. Upstairs, the main bedroom balconies face Grace Bay on one side and Turtle Cove Marina on the other – a rare double outlook that makes mornings hard to leave. Trade winds keep things cool, and Turtle Cove Marina's restaurants and dive shop are a short walk or drive away.

There's a strip of beach rock between the sand and the water at the villa's shoreline – it's a feature of the reef rather than a drawback. Step over it and you'll find a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkelling just ahead.
For stays of seven nights or more, housekeeping visits once mid-week.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
