Right on the edge of Grace Bay Beach, this house puts you within wading distance of Smith's Reef – some of the best snorkelling in Turks and Caicos, with a coral garden teeming with marine life just beyond the back door. The second-floor infinity pool disappears into the horizon, the turquoise water stretching out beneath you from both the pool deck and the living area. Turtle Cove's restaurants, bars, and marina are within walking distance when you're ready to venture out, but with a setting like this, that might take a while.

Home truths
While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
A strip of beach rock sits between the sand and the water directly in front of the villa – it's there because of the reef underneath. Step over it and the bottom turns sandy, with excellent snorkelling just beyond.
The two beach-level bedrooms don't have sea views – those are reserved for the two main suites and the living spaces upstairs.
Housekeeping services are provided once mid-week for all bookings of 7 or more nights.
