Perched above the north shore of Providenciales, this villa puts the ocean at the centre of everything. Two king bedrooms open straight onto the pool deck, so the first thing you see each morning is open water. The infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, with plenty of sun and shade on the deck, plus a hot tub for when the day winds down. You'll have a private stretch of sand at the bottom of the cliff, while a neighbourhood beach is a short walk away, as is a popular snorkelling spot. Grace Bay Beach, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a five-minute drive, too.

Home truths
An on-site caretaker lives in a self-contained apartment on the terrace level. She uses a separate entrance and is typically out from around 7:30am until 6:00pm, so you'll rarely cross paths during the day.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
Included with your stay is light cleaning every other day.
The incoming high tide sometimes covers the small private beach. You'll also have access to a private neighbourhood beach fully set up with beach chairs, umbrellas, a hammock – it's a short walk away.
While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
