All the Norfolk hotspots, including Sandringham and Holkham, are on the cards with a stay at this Norfolk home. Fringing the peaceful village of Syderstone and just a 10-mile drive to the coast, you’ve got the best of both worlds here. Spend relaxed summer days hopping between the free-flowing kitchen and landscaped garden. The paddock views of the horses will bring the entertainment. Meanwhile, winter nights are all about cosying up beside the log-burner for slow family mealtimes. One thing to note – at full occupancy, the last two guests will sleep on a sofa bed here. But for a home delivering space and practicality in spades, we can let that slide.

Three well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at this home.
The final two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in a downstairs study. Let your host know in advance if you wish to use this. The study also has a desk for remote working.
There's little within walking distance of this home. We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay, and there’s a private driveway for five cars. A small NEST outdoor camera is installed for additional driveway security.
Compared to the downstairs living spaces, some of the bedrooms may feel a little dated. But there’s still everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
A welcome hamper is provided with a starter pack of wood for the fire, and a bag of charcoal for the barbecue.
This home has an internal staircase, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility. There are also two small steps up to the front door of the property and one small step into the ground-floor bedroom's en-suite bathroom.
