Scenic vistas come as standard at this villa in Pyrgos, which is Santorini’s highest village. That elevated position means you get superb views across the island from the rooftop terrace, best enjoyed while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Inside, expect plenty of traditional character, along with luxuries like a cave pool and copper bathtub. The quirks of a historic home mean some rooms are a little cosy. But we think this just adds to the villa’s charm. And with tavernas and shops a short walk away, you can easily embrace local village life during your stay.

Home truths
While children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for babies or toddlers under the age of 2.
The village's hilly terrain and the stairs within this home mean it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
Some of the bedrooms here are on the mezzanine level, so the ceiling is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests. These bedrooms are also short on wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light.
The indoor cave pool (not pictured) and rooftop Jacuzzi are unfenced, so take extra care if you're travelling with little ones.
