Modern and comfortable, this apartment is housed in a popular mansion block close to the waterfront of Shad Thames. From here, you’ll have a wealth of shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach, and excellent transport links to the rest of London. You’ll also be within walking distance of Borough Market and the Tower of London. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a comfortable living space with large sash windows that let in a lot of light. One of the bedrooms is considerably smaller than the other, but we think it's cosy and still suitable for two guests – there's also a sofa bed for guests five and six.

Home truths

At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. As the kitchen is separate, it feels quite private.

The second bedroom is a little snug, but it has a standard double bed and is still suitable for two people. That said, you may want to pack light as space is limited.

Your host can provide portable air conditioning.

London Bridge, Bermondsey, and Tower Hill Tube stations are a short walk away.
