This home is on the second floor of a building without a lift.
The shower in the main en-suite is 195cm tall, with an entrance gap that's 40cm wide.
When the blinds and curtains are fully opened, the main bedroom is overlooked by an office block.
The windows here are single-glazed – expect to hear noise from the road, especially in the sitting area. The bedrooms, however, don't face the road.
Due to one of the neighbours smoking, there can be an aroma of cigarettes in the communal hallway.
