In the rolling hills of Le Marche, this villa captures the essence of an Italian countryside stay – with open views across the hills to the Adriatic Sea, and plenty of space to spread out between the main house and a self-contained cottage. Days here tend to revolve around the indoor and outdoor pools, or finding a quiet spot within the two hectares of grounds and ancient olive groves. When you’re ready to head out, the town of Cingoli is nearby, along with hiking trails and local vineyards for tastings and tours.

Home truths
The home is split between the main residence and a self-contained cottage, which may suit groups wanting a little extra space – only the cottage has a ground floor bedroom.
While the WC isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
There’s both an indoor and outdoor pool here – the outdoor pool is open from May to October, while the indoor pool is heated and available year-round.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free – you’ll need to request them in advance. The swimming pools aren’t fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed by a business on behalf of its owner. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
