The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the floors of the home.
The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate, but you are welcome to dock in the exclusive marina, which accommodates boats up to 40 feet in length. Please note there's no power or pump-out service to the slips, and there's a maximum of one boat per slip.
There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway, plus your boat trailer.
You'll have access to the on-site gym here. It's shared with the other members of the gated community.
