Tucked into the attic of the 18th-century town hall on Brackley's market square, this apartment is as characterful as it gets – ancient timber beams arch overhead, rooftop views stretch out to the countryside, and a freestanding roll-top bath sits at the heart of the living space for an evening soak beneath the eaves. The building itself has been beautifully restored, and a cafe and wine bar on the ground floor means a morning coffee or a nightcap is never more than a flight of stairs away.
