The apartment spans two floors connected by an internal staircase – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
You're in the heart of the Realejo district, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops – this is a lively central neighbourhood, so expect some street noise, especially on weekend evenings.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
