Step into the garden of this luxurious home and you’ll see a large swimming pool surrounded by palms and sun loungers. There’s a private tennis and pétanque court here to keep everyone entertained too. Inside, the beautifully furnished, modern space is filled with light. One thing to note – at full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the second lounge. Set on a secure development, you’ll find communal amenities such as a spa, fitness centre, restaurants and a golf course, a short stroll away. Your hosts provide a golf buggy to help you explore the estate. Or just a quick drive takes you to villages such as Seillans, and the French Riviera coastline is easily accessible.

Home truths
This home is set over two floors. It is on a secure, gated development with a five-star hotel with restaurants, a spa and two 18-hole golf courses.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the second, small downstairs living area. This can be used as a bedroom, and there's a bathroom next door.
While not all the bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Bedroom four's king-size bed can be made up as twin beds on request.
There's also a small office on the ground floor.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
