Set on a sprawling seven acres of private grounds, this stunning 18th-century villa is the perfect setting for an indulgent retreat. The gardens feature a private tennis court, heated pool, and multiple alfresco dining spaces, all nestled within mature cypress, olive, lemon, and orange trees. Inside, the home exudes a country manor house, with tiled floors and exposed wooden beams. You'll find the bookshelves well-stocked, so grab a novel and retreat to a sun lounger for the afternoon. Or, explore the local area – you've got so much on your doorstep. A short drive away is Grasse, known for its perfume making, while the Friday market in Valbonne is ripe with local produce. Finally, there's the glittering lights of Cannes, just 15 km away.

Home truths
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's space for five cars on the driveway and one in the garage.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
There are steps throughout this home, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
There are enough bedrooms for all guests at full occupancy. However, there is also a single bed and a single sofa bed in the study room.
On-site staff live in a separate cottage close to the home, but you'll have complete, undisturbed access.
There is only air conditioning in four of the bedrooms. The twin bedrooms on the second floor have a low ceiling, so taller guests should take care.
