With an imposing hillside location, distinctive turret, and steep cascading gardens, this villa has the look of a fortress about it. It's certainly an ideal place to escape the world for a while – you won't tire of the views easily, and between dips in the pool, matches (and rematches) on the tennis court, and sunbathing on the lawn, your days will be full. Given the many steps down the gardens, you'll be glad of the summer kitchen on the pool terrace – it's the ideal spot for a sunset barbecue. You're a short drive from the historic town of Vence, but it's just as easy to enjoy a day by the sea – Cagnes-sur-Mer is twenty minutes away.
