This waterfront house is in a great spot, tucked away in a gated community, less than a mile from popular Key West. Perfect for families or groups, the home centres around the open-plan living area, which makes entertaining a breeze. Outside you’ve got a private pool to enjoy, a terrace for alfresco dining, and a private dock if you’re bringing the boat. While it’s a plus that all the bedrooms are en-suite, it’s worth noting that at full capacity, when two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living area, they’ll only be able to access a shower through one of the bedrooms. There is a separate toilet though, so this needn’t be a deal-breaker.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. While there’s a separate toilet here, the showers are in the en-suite bathrooms so can only be accessed via the bedrooms.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
There’s on-site parking for up to four cars and a boat trailer here, and a private dock for one boat up to 50 foot in length.
