There’s free parking for up to four cars and a boat trailer on the driveway.
The private dock can accommodate one boat up to 50 feet, but there is no power or pump-out service provided. Navigating the Florida Keys can be tricky, so local boating knowledge is advised.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area, and on the top of bunk beds, which are best suited for children.
The fans inside the bedrooms only operate when the light is turned on.
