This stunning home is a unique find. It’s owned by a husband and wife who double as a professional superyacht captain and chef, and has been designed with traditional yacht clubs in mind. Unsurprisingly, there’s an abundance of nautical influences and maritime antiques throughout the home. One of the showstopping features is a wood-beamed hideaway with a bar and pool table, and another is the balcony that looks out over gondolas gliding by. Location-wise, this home couldn’t be any better – Rialto Bridge is less than five minutes away, and you can reach St Mark’s Square in ten minutes.
