A ten-minute walk from Dartmouth's town centre, this home perched on a hill is perfectly placed for a Devon getaway. The design embodies coastal charm and has everything you need to settle in. A cosy living area invites slow evenings with the whole family, but our favourite room is the attic loft – we can't get enough of the Juliet balcony. Outside, you'll find a small patio with just enough space for two. When you're ready to venture out, it's a quick stroll downhill to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

Home truths

  • The superking bed can be converted into two singles upon request.

  • Dartmouth is known for its hills, and this home is on one of them. The steep location and steps to the front door may not suit those with limited mobility.

  • The patio is small – there's only a small bistro table with two chairs.

  • While there isn't any on-site parking, a parking permit is included for the Mayors Avenue public car park. Spaces are unallocated, and it can get busy during the summer and events. The permit can also be used in various car parks around the South Hams.
