Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Tucked down a quiet street just moments from King's Cross, it goes without saying that this home is incredibly well-connected. Not only can you easily zip across London thanks to the many Underground lines nearby, but the area is also known for its buzzy bars and eateries. The biggest perk here is the private garden – a rare gem in this location. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after sightseeing. Indoors, the design is more understated, but the open-plan living space and large kitchen are nice touches. We think it's a good option for a fuss-free, central stay.

Home truths
The minimalist design is a bit simple. It may not suit those wanting a lot of character and personal touches.
Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car at this location. King's Cross station is a short walk away and has connections to Oxford Street in less than ten minutes.
Although the street is relatively quiet and the windows have double glazing, some noise is to be expected given the central location.

About Kings Cross
Kings Cross might have a historically seedy reputation on account of being a major London transport hub but things have certainly changed. The area has recently undergone major regeneration works, been pumped with some serious investment, and it is now home to some serious players on the restaurant scene (Granger & Co and Caravan to name just two). You can see some world-class contemporary art at Gagosian Gallery's largest London outpost and you're also within easy walking distance of the charming literary area of Bloomsbury on one side and desirable Islington on the other.
