Tucked into the rolling hills of Le Marche, this farmhouse villa sits within 3,000 m² of fenced grounds where an olive grove, fruit trees, and an aromatic herb garden surround a private pool and hot tub. A covered terrace with views out to the village of San Costanzo and the Adriatic Sea is where you'll want to spend most evenings – sharing a slow meal as the light fades. Inside, the rustic character runs deep, with terracotta floors and exposed timber beams. Fano's golden beaches are around 15 km away if you fancy a change of scenery.

You'll need a car to make the most of the area. Parking for five cars is available on the premises.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Request them in advance to make sure everything is set up on arrival.
The annexe sits separately from the main villa, so the two bedrooms there won't share a corridor with the rest of the group – ideal for guests who want a little independence, but worth factoring in if you'd prefer everyone under one roof.
The pool is open fromThe pool is open from 1 May to 1 October, so if you're visiting outside those dates you won't be able to use it.
