A large pool with hot tub sits at the heart of it all – shaded by olive trees and open from May to October – while a pergola-covered dining area and multiple terraces invite long afternoons that stretch well into the evening. Acqualagna, the celebrated truffle capital, is just 2km away, and Urbino's magnificent Renaissance ducal palace is a forty-minute drive.

The accommodation here is spread across two separate apartments – one on the first floor with three bedrooms and one on the ground floor with two. Each apartment has its own kitchen and living area.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
The third bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
Air conditioning is only available in the living rooms and bedrooms.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool is only available for use between the first Saturday of April and October 31st.
