Sitting between the hills of Siena and Florence, this home puts you right in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. We can't get enough of the surroundings – you’re just a short drive from San Gimignano and Volterra, and an even shorter one from local shops and eateries. Back home, you'll love the charm of the exposed brick, arched ceilings, and the rustic farmhouse feel. The real highlight though is the private terrace, with its shaded dining spot, plunge pool, and of course, them breathtaking hill views.

One well-behaved pet is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
The hydromassage pool is small – great for cooling off, but not for proper swimming. It's only available for use between 1st April and 1st October and it isn't fenced.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The house is spread over two floors with internal stairs, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Shops, restaurants, and the nearest town (Gambassi Terme) are about 1.5–2km away.
Access to this home is via a 200-metre unpaved road, so a confident driver and a car with decent clearance are helpful.
