Tucked into the hills near Chepstow and surrounded by a working dairy farm, this countryside escape blends rustic charm with easygoing luxury. Made up of a cosy shepherd's hut and an elegant farmhouse, it’s a thoughtful setup for families or friends. There are three bedrooms across the two buildings, with open-plan living spaces, soft linens, and warm, characterful design throughout. Spend your days walking local trails or exploring the Wye Valley, then return for long dinners, log fires, and starlit soaks in a hot tub. With farm-fresh treats on hand and views in every direction, this place is designed to help you fully switch off.

Originally a medieval hunting ground for Henry VIII, the forest boasts a rich and varied history, sourcing timber for Tudor warships and housing iron and coal mines in Victorian times. Today, the forest is back to its natural state, a lush and peaceful adventure...
