One road over from Lauren Canyon Boulevard, this characterful bungalow in Studio City fits a lot into its open plan spaces. The relaxed living room backs onto a slightly sparse seating area by the fireplace, which rolls around into the stainless steel kitchen by way of the dining table. There are two bedrooms to choose from (though only one has a king size bed), while a sofa bed is available if it suits your guests' preferences. There's also room for an indoor gym, while more sedate visitors can make use of the expansive turfed backyard and its comfy outdoor furniture. You'll also be a fifteen minute drive from the Hollywood Hills, if your party is in the mood for stargazing.
