A short drive from the medieval village of Arcevia, this historic country house offers a peaceful retreat in the gentle hills of Le Marche. Set across six self-contained apartments, it’s well suited to larger groups or families travelling together, with plenty of privacy when needed. The interiors lean rustic – think exposed beams, stone walls and sturdy wooden furniture, offering plenty of Italian charm. Outside, there’s a pool, two hot tubs and various garden spots for al fresco dining or sunset aperitifs. You’re also within easy reach of walking trails, castles and local wineries – making it a sublime setting for exploring.

The villa is divided into six self-contained apartments, so while you’ll have the whole property to yourself, it doesn’t follow a classic layout. It’s perfect for multiple families or large groups, giving all the privacy you need.
Some of the apartments are studio-style, with beds and living areas in the same room.
The property is spread across various levels with outdoor stairs – not ideal for those with limited mobility.
Air conditioning is available in all apartments, but not in the bathrooms or shared common areas.
You’ll need a car to explore the surrounding countryside or reach the nearest shops and restaurants.
There’s free private parking for up to ten cars on the driveway.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair. You'll need to request one in advance.
The swimming pool and hot tubs are only available for use between May and October.
