Inside, exposed timber beams give the living space real warmth, while the sea stretches out beyond the glass doors. Home truths
The included parking space is a five-minute walk from the apartment rather than directly beneath the building. That said, a car isn't needed for day-to-day activities, as much of the town is within walking distance.
The front balcony sits above a lively cafe terrace, and the apartment is right in the centre of Jávea's port, which hosts regular festivals, parades, and music events. If you're after total peace and quiet, this may not be the home for you.
There's no freezer here – a large electric ice machine is provided instead.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
