Located in the pretty village of Sant'Angelo Romano, with its winding streets and splendid views of Rome, this two-bedroom apartment is designed with relaxation in mind. The balcony offers front row seats for spectacular sunsets, there’s a kitchen and dining space for memorable meals, and there’s even a luxurious free-standing bathtub, for the ultimate way to wind down. There are two comfy bedrooms (one with an additional sofa bed), plus a sofa bed in the living area too. It might be a little cosy if eight of you are staying, but it’s a serene spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the Eternal City, while still being a drive or train ride away from the sights.

About Trieste
North of Salario, and bordering the Villa Ada Gardens, Trieste feels a world away from the throngs of tourists on the Spanish Steps, which isn’t surprising given that it takes half an hour to travel between them on public transport. It’s a largely residential area, but with a distinct identity due to the modern architecture, much of it designed by the Art Nouveau architect, Gino Coppedè. Most visitors to Rome will never see a reason to visit Trieste, which means you get its wine bars and excellent restaurants to yourself.
