There’s not one but two apartments up for grabs at this unique home set right in the heart of Naples, next to the National Museum. Prime for a large group getaway, there’s a contemporary mezzanine studio apartment sleeping four and next door, an apartment sleeping a further six guests. Now, how’s that for space to spill out? It’s worth noting that, at full occupancy, four guests will be sleeping on sofa beds in the living areas. But for a central bolthole offering this much space, we think it’s a compromise worth making.

Home truths
This home consists of two adjacent apartments, which can accommodate up to 10 guests when booked together.
The mezzanine studio apartment sleeps four guests, with two sleeping on a sofa bed in the living area and two on a double bed in the loft mezzanine space. The mezzanine isn’t closed off, so it won’t feel overly private.
The adjoining two-bedroom apartment sleeps six, with the last two guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space.
Both apartments are split over two levels with open staircases, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Although not all of the bathrooms are fully photographed, you can expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the homes.
The apartments are located on the second floor and have lift access.
