Location is everything at this smart Finsbury apartment, just a four-minute walk from Finsbury Park Underground Station and within easy reach of St Pancras for wider travel. Granted, this is studio living, but it’s well turned out for a short stay with a kitchen space and obligatory coffee pod machine. It’s worth noting that at full occupancy, the last guest will sleep on a single pull-out sofa bed, and space will be tight. However, your host has several apartments in this building, and you may be able to book them together if you're looking for more room.

Home truths
This studio is located on the first floor and you’ll need to climb some stairs.
It’s worth noting that, at full occupancy, the last guest will sleep on a single sofa bed, and space will be very limited. We think this home is better suited for two guests.
You’ll use a keyless entry system for check-in. Alternatively, keys can be arranged for lockbox collection upon request.
The kitchen area with a mini-fridge is compact. We think it's better suited to breakfasts and lighter meals.
There’s a communal washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.
Needless to say, all bed sheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned here, but the sheets won't be ironed. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.

Local guide
About Finsbury Park
Finsbury Park is located in North London and is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area. The streets are mainly residential and it is certainly a pub not club area with a mixture of gastropubs and traditional public houses. It is well connected to the rest of London as it is based on the Victoria line of the underground, one of the quickest lines into central London. A big draw for the area is the 110-acre park that has tennis courts, football pitches and even a boating lake, a nice break away from busy London living!

Go Tenpin Bowling at Rowans
Those 60’s style bowling alleys in the city are all for show. This Bowlplex has been going since 1913 and hasn’t changed all that much ever since. Original authentic retro.

Head to Dotori for sushi
You’ll need to book here, but you might get lucky. Directly opposite Rowans Bowl plex lies this North London gem. Serving up fantastic quality traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine.

Indulge in Pasta at Osteria Tufo
One of North London’s local heroes serving a taste of Italy. Not your glitzy, shiny all bells whistling central London Italian in the slightest, this is a neighbourhood restaurant.

Head across the street to Blighty for Breakfast
This local fave is bound to wake you up with it’s neon decor, strong coffee & hearty breakfasts including a full English & a veggie version. Grab a table inside or in the garden come summertime.

Arsenal Forever
Tucked between terraced houses, this 94 year old stadium is the original home of Arsenal and is architecturally an interesting place to visit and spend a little time.

Take the kids Rock Climbing at The Castle Climbing Centre
