An old saying goes that good things come in small packages, and we think that's the case at this studio apartment. The cosy bed is just what's needed after a long day on your feet, while the table in the window doubles as a desk if you plan to work from home. There's even a kitchen – it's compact but has all the essentials to rustle up light bites. For heartier fare, you can find plenty of diverse eateries along Blackstock and Stroud Green roads. Factor in the proximity to Finsbury Park Station, a five-minute stroll away, and we think it's a central and convenient base for two.

Home truths

This apartment is on the first floor of an old Victorian house. There isn't a lift, so be prepared to climb stairs.

As this is a studio apartment, space is a little tight.

While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the building. It's shared with other guests.

Please note that there's a camera monitoring the building's entrance, as well as a few in the communal corridors.

Your host uses a keyless entry system for check-in, but can arrange physical keys upon request.

Given the central location, expect to hear some general street noise during your stay.

About Finsbury Park

Finsbury Park is located in North London and is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area. The streets are mainly residential and it is certainly a pub not club area with a mixture of gastropubs and traditional public houses. It is well connected to the rest of London as it is based on the Victoria line of the underground, one of the quickest lines into central London. A big draw for the area is the 110-acre park that has tennis courts, football pitches and even a boating lake, a nice break away from busy London living!
