Right at the foot of Notre-Dame de la Garde, this apartment offers convenience, comfort and a touch of outdoor living in one of Marseille's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Set in the lively Vauban district, the location is ideal for exploring the city’s local charm and vibrant atmosphere. While the layout might feel tight with a full house, the private terrace is a real highlight – complete with dining space and a jacuzzi (just note, it operates on restricted hours). For a couple or a small group wanting a well-located base with plenty of perks, this home makes a strong case.

Home truths
The interiors are spread across multiple levels – there’s a mezzanine and some internal stairs.
At full capacity, three guests will sleep on sofa beds. One is on the mezzanine and the other is in the living area. We think space will feel tight with them in use, and recommend this home for six.
The jacuzzi is limited to three people at a time and is only available between 8am and 11pm.
While the home sleeps seven, shared spaces may feel tight with the maximum guest count.
The apartment has a private street entrance, separate from the rest of the building.
You’re in a lively, local area – expect a bit of city buzz rather than total silence.
Despite having two bathrooms, there's only one toilet at this home.
Parking isn’t provided, and on-street parking is tricky. We suggest exploring on foot instead of driving.
There’s no private parking – street parking may be available but can be tricky due to the popular location.
