From the theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue to the bars and eateries in Soho, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Of course, being so central has its drawbacks – namely, noise – so it won't suit those seeking more tranquil surroundings. Still, the contemporary design is smart and comfortable. With a duo of bedrooms and bathrooms, there's also plenty of space. Convenient, comfortable, and close to the Tube – that's all our boxes ticked.

This apartment is in the heart of London. Given the proximity to bars, restaurants, and theatres, expect to hear some noise throughout your stay. However, the windows are double-glazed and the bedrooms face away from the main street.
There isn't a lift in the building and the stairwell is quite narrow and steep.
You won't need a car in this location. Instead of driving, take advantage of nearby public transport or explore on foot – you can walk to many landmarks.
