The view over the neighbourhood from this Haussmannian apartment’s wall of glazing is fantastic. You can take a closer look at the vistas from the balcony. The large living space with its soaring ceilings is really special, and we love the character features too. There’s a handy a mezzanine study if you need to work while away as well (this apartment is set over two levels). Another highlight is this home’s prestigious address. It’s within walking distance from the Champs Elysées with all of its shops and restaurants and the iconic Arc de Triomphe. And the Jardin d'Acclimatation and Fondation Louis Vuitton are also both reachable on foot.
