Some seventy five miles west of Florence on the glittering Tuscan coast, this characterful three-bedroom apartment can be found in the quiet town of San Vincenzo. The home itself is spread across the first floor, with stairs leading up to the front door. It's the sort of place where guests can really feel at home – the air conditioned living spaces are comfortable, the kitchen is prepped for large meals, and the private patio is an ideal sun trap. The town marina is fifteen minutes away, with sandy beaches running north and south dotted with pleasant restaurants. San Vincenzo also has a train station, where you can take a day trip up the coast to see Pisa and its famous Leaning Tower.
