This apartment is ideally located for exploring the south bank of the Seine, whose sights include the Eiffel Tower and the Jardin du Luxembourg. In the 15th arrondissement, you're outside the well-trodden tourist paths, but close to supermarkets and public transport connections. Though cosy, the large windows and high ceilings mean there's plenty of light – look up to admire the elegant cornices of this Haussmannian building. We suspect the wardrobe in the bedroom will come in handy – especially considering the Beaugrenelle shopping mall is a 30-minute walk away.
