Access to this apartment is via the outdoor patio. It's not the most inviting – it could use a refresh – but it's still a nice spot to enjoy the fresh air.
Please note that the en-suite bathroom doesn't have a toilet.
The bedroom is located upstairs. Although it lacks a door, the spiral staircase provides some separation between the spaces.
This is a lively area known for its nightlife, so some noise is to be expected. It may not suit those wanting a quieter neighbourhood.
