Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Set right on Madrid’s iconic Gran Vía, this contemporary apartment puts the city’s energy on your doorstep. Step outside and you’ll find the Royal Palace one way, El Retiro Park the other, and some of Madrid’s best shops and restaurants even closer. Though a great fit for a small family or group of close-knit friends travelling together, it’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is separated from the living space via a Crittall-style glass divider rather than a full wall. So, while it looks the part, it might not be overly private. But a sunny private balcony makes up for that, we think.
