Standing on a hill with panoramic views across the Marecchia Valley and the Rocca di San Leo, you’ll really feel like you’ve got away from it all here. With a private pool, two hot tubs, and a cinema, there’s plenty to keep you entertained. And the former winery offers the perfect place for a communal meal or social event. With all that on offer, there’s really no need to leave, but if you do feel like venturing out, you’re just a ten-minute drive from the beautiful, medieval village of San Leo.

This home comprises the main house and an annexe, rented as one.
While one of the bedrooms and four of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the double bedrooms has a small double bed.
One of the bedrooms has an integrated shower, so privacy is limited.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
The swimming pool is available to use from mid-May to mid-September. If you'd like to use the pool outside of this period, please get in touch with your host. The hot tub is available all year.
Upon request, your host can provide a free cot and a high chair that attaches to the dining table.
