This Italian idyll is in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, close to the charming city of Pistoia. There’s a pretty pool for swimming leisurely laps, space to sunbathe in the secluded garden, and a veranda for al fresco meals. Inside, the rooms are set over three floors and blend simple décor with hints of country character, like wooden shutters and stone tiles. While the villa feels nicely nestled away from it all, it’s in a great location for exploring more of Tuscany – halfway between Florence and Lucca and not far from the coast at Versilia.

The villa is set over three levels, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 20th October.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
