Tucked between the rolling Marche hills, this villa offers a peaceful retreat steeped in rustic charm. Inside, you’ll find stone floors, exposed beams and antique furnishings, with bedrooms painted in soft pinks and greens that echo the landscape outside. There’s no air conditioning, but the thick stone walls and cool hillside air keep things comfortable – it’s all part of the romance of country living. Days here unfold slowly, with breakfasts under the trees and lazy afternoons by the shared pool. If you feel like stretching your legs, walking trails wind through olive groves and wildflower meadows. It’s quiet, off-grid, and utterly enchanting.

There's no air conditioning in this home, but stone floors and lots of windows help to keep things cool in the warmer months.
One of the bedrooms includes both a double and a single bed – ideal for families, though it may not suit all groups.
The swimming pool is open from the end of May and is shared with another villa on the estate.
The garden is also shared, though there's plenty of space and privacy.
You won't find a television in this home, which in our opinion adds to the off-grid charm.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and sheets. You'll need to request them in advance.
