Located in the historic centre of Olbia, this apartment boasts sea views from the private terrace. You’re in the penthouse here – and there isn’t a lift – so you'll need to climb stairs to reach the home on the third floor. While that won’t suit everyone, we think it’s worth the trek for a view like that. The home centres around a sociable open-plan living area – which will also be the bedroom for guests five and six when the home is at full occupancy. Location-wise, you’re within walking distance of the vibrant old town, the seafront, shops, and restaurants, and a ten-minute drive from the nearest beaches.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
This home is on the third floor without a lift, so you’ll need to climb stairs to reach the front door.
There’s free secure gated parking for one car at this home. Additional cars can park for free on the street. This home is in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL) – you’ll only be allowed to drive in the zone during certain hours.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and fireplace guards for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Your host can also provide babysitter recommendations.
Guests are asked not to eat or drink in the bedrooms and to refrain from using glasses outside.
